Bump to Baby Pilates 
Cyclezone Studio brings you 'Bump to Baby Pilates' - This class is specially designed for pre and post natal mums in mind. 
Looking after a newborn doesn't mean you have to neglect an exercise routine. Postnatal fitness classes where your child comes along too are the best way to get in shape.  
Healthy expectant mums can also attend and exercise throughout their pregnancy, whilst new mums get the opportunity to exercise with their baby. (After your 6 or 12 week check). 
The class is designed with you in mind and is a lovely way to meet other like minded mums and bond with your baba. Each class is kept small to ensure you get personal attention and that your technique is correct. We will carefully work to develop your core, regain your strength, imporve posture and muscle tone and quite simply get your body back or even improve it! 
Postnatal Pilates is one of the safest and most effective ways to strengthen, realign and tone the body after having a baby. It will stengthen, realign and tone the body after having a baby. It will stengthen the body and mind for the new demands of motherhood. 
You can bring you baby so you don't have to worry about childcare or about trying to fit 'you' time into your baby's busy and demanding schedule.  
We want to create a warm and friendly space to enable mums to work on themselves. 
It's a very relaxed environment so if you need to tend to your baby in any way during the class this is abslolutely fine.  
Babies are welcome from 6 weeks until they are crawling, babies are optional and not required for the classes, but if you do bring them please bring a baby carrier, blanket or a bouncer, as we don't have room for prams. 
Cyclezone Boutique Fitness Studio is on a mission to get new mums back into fitness post pregnancy. The close contact reduces seperation anxiety for your child and can help if you are experiencing symptoms of postnatal depression. It also means you can workout whenever convenient for you. 
PURCHASED AS A 6 WEEK COURSE - If you can't make the whole 6 weeks we will defer one class to your next package. Classes will run every Tuesday with Nicole D'Souza and covered by Sarah Neale in Nicole's absence, they are both qualified in pre and post natal pilates.

Please arrive 10 minutes before your class. This will allow us time to sign you in, and complete your pre / post natal health form and also settle your baby if you are bringing them to the class with you.

We have all the equipment you need, you just need to bring anything your baby may require.
